Ordering

Once we have finalised your order details we will confirm your order by E Mail. Payment by you is an acceptance of the order details.

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of a confirmed order being placed. Payment can be made by personal cheque (subject to clearance) or credit card (subject to validation).

Delivery

Delivery costs are in addition to prices quoted. We will confirm individual delivery quotes prior to an order being placed.

Data Protection

Artsmart.me.uk works in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of providing our service to you. The only exception to this is if you request to be informed of new products or events from Artsmart.me.uk.

Returned Goods

If you are not satisfied with a piece of work bought from us, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund (excluding delivery costs) as soon as we have taken delivery of the returned item in its original condition. You are responsible for the cost of delivering the returned piece of work to us.
